Rules and Requirements for Event Access

Accreditation is reserved exclusively for professional photographers with a verifiable portfolio.
Requests lacking professional references will not be approved.
Accreditation requests can only be made by adults.
Access to the event is permitted exclusively with professional attire: long trousers and total black outfit. The organization may deny entry in case of non-compliant clothing.
The organization reserves the unquestionable right to evaluate accreditation requests and decide who to admit to the event.
Decisions are final and there is no possibility of appeal or dispute.

Image Usage Rules:

Images taken during the event can only be used for editorial, journalistic, or personal portfolio purposes.
Any commercial, promotional, or advertising use is prohibited without written authorization from the organization.
The sale of images to guests or sponsors, nor the transfer or distribution to third parties for promotional purposes without authorization is not permitted.
In case of publication, it is mandatory to indicate: Event Name + location + year.

Privacy and Image Respect

The photographer undertakes to:

  • not create images harmful to people's dignity
  • not publish embarrassing or inappropriate content
  • not publish photos of minors
  • respect any areas or moments indicated as “no photo”

Access Limitations

Accreditation does not allow access to:

  • reserved backstage areas
  • VIP guest spaces
  • private or technical moments
  • setup or dismantling days

Accreditation Revocation

The organization may revoke accreditation in case of violation of rules, unprofessional behavior, or improper use of images.

Acceptance

With the accreditation request, the photographer declares to have read and fully accepted these conditions.
